The challenge
Maintaining a large product price list manually creates repeated work and a risk of inconsistent or outdated prices.
Contribution
A 140-page Word price list was connected to an Excel workbook that retrieves pricing from the company database.
Approach
Linked Word and Excel content, SQL data connections and VBA automation updated prices and formatting. PDF output was prepared for distribution through the company intranet.
Results
The workflow reduced manual updating and kept the document aligned with database pricing while retaining consistent product formatting.
